Then ask a dozen people to stop picking on me for 2 days. Even when I took a break for hours I had constant replies and accusations as well as now certain people calling me mentally ill.

Sometimes we fuck up. Sometimes we’re genuinely misunderstood.
Mostly we accept the judgement of the board if we cannot overcome it and reappear later. Don’t feel obligated to respond to every response so personally.
