It seems unlikely that someone would have the foresight to create a youtube chanel with his name and post radical islamist videos in august of last year. Also the article notes that the bomb design is similar to the plans published in Al Qaeda’s Inspire magazine. Just looking at the available evidence.

It is not confirmed that this is the suspect’s YouTube account.
