He’s almost certainly lying about that.

The thing you should keep in mind about Chuck is that he won’t hesitate to lie if he thinks it will give him an edge of some kind.

For example, the last time he went on an all-night bender he actually claimed he had records that showed I had a history of mental illness. He knows that’s false, and he knows I know it’s false, but he said it anyway in public.

This really was straight-up libel. He knew it was false when he said it.

aw, c’mon. Being a musician is ipso facto evidence of mental illness. (my grandmother told me this).

Ergo, Chuck has records, on vinyl, proving such history.
