That was my thought as well, cut the vital services, blockade the roads, and arrest anyone who tries to move supplies in or tries to escape. And then sit back and watch as they inevitably end up fighting each other over the dwindling supplies.

I suspect they’ll overwhelm the septic out there in almost no time with their effluvia from both ends.
