At this point, they have no line of retreat except straight forward…so they will try to portray the passenger as unruly and uncooperative and are probably researching his personal history right now to find some sort of evidence to back this up.

The most damning evidence against them is the video, so look for them to try to discredit the video by insisting that its shown out of context and he did or said something prior to the video’s start that warranted the violence.
