Why in a liberal city like Los Angeles and in a liberal state like California are police so out of control? I understand this happening in red states but don’t understand why even blue states are so dang pro-police. It’s baffling.

The LAPD have been notorious for decades. Remember Rodney King? Or Mark Fuhrman?
