Kudos to everyone involved in finally tracking down Zawahiri. It should surprise no one that he was being harbored by the Taliban, just as Pakistan had to know that OBL was in Abbottabad down the road from a major ISI facility.

No one should shed a tear for these guys. They did so much harm to so many - both here in the US and around the world. The harms were greatest on the people they supposedly claimed to represent - fellow Muslims throughout the region and around the world.

Yes, this was a really bad guy, involved in many of the worst terror attacks of the last couple of decades. Apparently still actively helping Al Qaeda with planning and propaganda too.
