The IRS needs major reform. There is no fucking reason why I and tens of millions even need to fill out and do taxes. ALL of my financial information is available to them 365 days a year. They already have everything they need, what they don’t need is make busy work designed to punish filers if they’re 10 minutes late to file. Totally ridiculous.

It’s not the IRS. It’s H&R block and Intuit(Turbo Tax) lobbying Congress to keep things complicated.
