There are reasons why people came up with phrases like history when forgotten can be repeated.

It seems today some think if they didn’t live through fascism and racism then they need to be explored again.

We know there are poisons that when ingested will kill you.

If you don’t know that history, can I get you to drink this liquid?

Who made it a poison? Me? You? Your friend?

Or, will you be suspicious that I may be misleading you and you need to dig in to the historical facts to find out if you should take a swig?
