I only found about Rhodesia and Ian Smith as a result of some Wikiwalking one evening - it was somewhat related to a text I was proofreading, and the author had made a mistake.

It’s not all that well-known - sort of a footnote in the history books.

It’s because of that I try to read wiki as often as I can. I know wiki is not a perfect source but it’s a good way of learning about things that you may otherwise not know about. Yes, I read Wikipedia on the pot.
