Drought may cause Chicago River to reverse flow

Years ago I was in Chicago on St. Patrick’s day. I heard they turn the Chicago River Green on that day, so I went to look. Yup, it was green. Turns out they were holding the festivities the following day, and I went again, and it was a much brighter shade of green. They do a huge parade for St. Pat’s day, it was quite festive. Also got to see a guy pee on the sidewalk and get arrested. They really know how to party in Chicago.
