I don’t think we can do that. The wealthy would never tolerate a tax-rate that stopped people from accruing billions and acting like royalty. We can’t even stop hereditary wealth from creating spoiled pseudo-royalty.

It’s not easy, and may end up being impossible. It’s also absolutely necessary to deal with this aristocracy of wealth that has formed in the US.
