My mountain bike has one chain ring on the crank and 12 gears on the cassette. I rarely use the biggest chain ring on the cassette, that’s for hill climbs I like to call “nut busters.”

Okay, so when you’re using the biggest cog in the cassette, how do you not just fall over?
