Actually Jennifer Ruben, Joe Scarborough, Max Boot, and Kurt Bardella have all said they left the Republican Party within the last year because of it’s hard right positions. Jonah Goldberg, Bill Kristol, David Frum, and Rick Wilson on the other hand are on board with the Trump Train.

Rick Wilson is most definitely not on the Trump Train. He’s written a book called Everything Trump Touches Dies. He’s very anti-Trump.
