OTOH some of it is so beyond the pale I wonder if they believe what they are saying…there may be some insidious group psychology going on…a Hooligan effect or whatever…I’m having a little trouble with it…these are not good people or they might be but just use the web to vent over the top….either way there is a disconnect in there, and it’s very dangerous

It is the crudest kind of triumphalism. Tiller was the highest of high profile targets for these nuts. They had been gunning for him for 20 years, literally, and they finally got him. They remind me of the hominid tribe in 2001: A Space Odyssey after they use their newly-discovered weapons to rout the rival tribe.
