Yeah. A lot of places get away with murder because it’s just not worth it to the worker to pursue it, or they don’t have any resources to do so.

“At-will” employment is one of the most misnamed policies ever.

It works both ways. You can also quit at any time, for any reason.

So it’s all peachy.
