No comparison. Secular views 2 and 3 are based on observable facts about brain development. Science has shown that we are basically our brains. Hence the workable philosophical definition of a person has to be tied to neuroscience, one way or another.
Religious views are based on asserting the unobservable (“soul”) as factual.

Except it’s a definitional, rather than a factual disagreement. The arbitrariness is in choosing which stage of brain development better corresponds to what we would describe as a person. The facts about the brain remain same for all sides.
