Well, there’s a thing called “forvaring” (which he will probably be sentenced to), which means that if the court finds that he still poses a threat to society after 21 years, the penalty can be prolonged virtually indefinitely. I can pretty much guarantee that he will get this kind of sentence. He is after all the worst mass murderer in Norwegian history, and he knew perfectly well what he did. He is sane, and his manifesto, and the fact that he spent nine years planning this proves it.
