I’m well enough for someone with bronchitis (went to the doc yesterday and got the meds to prove it!), and RWC is on his way to work as we type.
Maybe, given time, attitudes will change. But with all the extremists out there bring 90% of the voices heard that’s going to be a long time. I think the prob is that most people don’t think that extremism isn’t that bad in the US and they turn a blind eye to it. No one seems willing to do anything to stop it and so it grows and grows.
Its rather like a weed, at first its tiny and not much of a threat but as it grows the roots bury deeper and deeper until that weed is popping up all over the place and there’s no way to pull it out without digging up the entire yard. (Forgive the gardening metaphor, I was an Agriculture major in school and collage)

I think you’re right.
So sorry about the bronchitis, ugh! the only good news I have is that I know from personal experience that the meds will help, eventually— but take all of them!
And have your honey (i’m sure he will anyway) make you do that!
