How do you suggest breaking the strength of unions without opening the door to the working man being abused by the companies that hire them once more? (Serious question)

One way or another, there needs to be a balance of strength between the companies and the people who work for them…

I admit I have no such plan. I’m not even sure if such a balance can be maintained, given human nature. Someone will always try to push.
