Rachel made a very good case tonight about how much of a reach it is to think Pence is clean in regard to the Flynn portion of this. There’s just so much that’s dirty. We need to assign chapters or something.

I think Pence is almost certainly dirty, given his position in the campaign. He was the closest legitimately experienced politician to the Trump-Bannon cabal and they would reflexively have gone to him for advice on their collusion plans.
