Seventy-eight Democrats and two Republicans (Districts 1 and 34 - and 1 would be recount-close). 78 to 2. Indeed, there’d be three districts where such a swing wouldn’t be possible as the Democrat would win more than 100% of the vote.

The State Senate would be 35 to 5, and it’d be that “close” only because four of the Senate GOoPers would not be up for election.

Obviously not every district will swing as much as Pa-18 did. However, polling shows that Obamacare is now a winning issue for Democrats, and they can use it as a weapon against all the Republicans who voted to repeal it.
