Just looked at mine—here in South Carolina, it requires postage. Wonder how many peeps will see the little box with type in it and think it’s a “postage paid” blurb instead of “FIRST-CLASS POSTAGE REQUIRED. Post Office will not deliver without proper postage.

The loophole is that the post office will deliver ballots and then bill the government entity for the postage due. It’s one of the things the Republicans hate about mail in voting.
