Ok, couldn’t help myself, clicked over to see what this stupidity was about, and came across this dandy:

One tenet, in particular, is notable: “The struggle for justice is an ongoing and necessary pursuit that should prevail over laws and institutions.” In other words, the law is dispensable in the pursuit of justice — a remarkable statement coming from an attorney. The ends of equity justify the means of tearing down institutions. Sound familiar?

This is emblematic of the conservative movement’s failing. The “law” is not an end unto itself. Rather it is a means to justice. When a law is unjust, it should be stricken down - either by the courts, the legislature, or (if available) the people via referendum. Slavery, and segregation were legal but they were unjust. Like this shouldn’t be hard to figure out.
