So Chuck Todd is trending on Twitter again, and it was not a difficult thing to guess why.

Even though people whine about him and want him replaced, as the Political director of NBC News he’s the editor in charge for what he does and the other political coverage and NBC News. So basically he hired himself to do Meet The Press.

His boss is Cesar Conde, and Conde has no business reason to replace Todd as long as Todd gets good ratings and the political news coverage as a whole gets good ratings.
