Is that true?

anyone taken prisoner in combat is under the Geneva Convention, and is, AFAIK, held to only it’s standards. to wit, illegal combatants are entitled to nothing more than a battlefield tribunal and a firing squad.

the bullshit that such prisoners are entitled to Constitutional protections is legal sophistry, and flies in the face of years of international practice.
