If you’re talking about remembering passwords, it’s under Tools > Options > Security > Passwords. Here’s a PDF of a Firefox cheat sheet that has served me well over the years. It’s kind of old, but AFAIK not much as changed. The shortcuts I’ve found most useful are the ones for adding, showing, and hiding bookmarks and navigating through the tabs (as well as opening & closing them). Also these three:

There’s another neat feature you can use for searching if you want me to tell you about it. I didn’t know about it for the longest time, and when I found out it became something I use all the time.
