I’ve now seen the Crawford video, and I don’t quite get how the police could justify claiming that they felt like they were endangered by him. It didn’t even look like they gave him a chance to act. Blink and the whole incident was over, and Crawford was sprawled on the ground.

And all the while, other people were walking in/out of the store.

They didn’t.

Since you watched the video, I am sure you also noticed that while he swings the BB gun back and forth that A. The end of the barrel never came above knee height and B. he never pointed it down the isle. It was always down towards the floor and at the apex of the swing pointed at the bottom portion of the shelves.

This was a cold blooded killing set up by the 911 caller.
