The point is, this is not a case of MegaGigaCorp against Joe Blow. And whatever you think about the merits of THIS case, it should be obvious what someone with Thiel’s wealth could choose to do to innocent publications that he just didn’t like. There’s leveling the playing field, and then there’s tilting it in the other direction.

Google says Hulk is worth $8M. Lawhawk above that Thiel sponsored him for $10M. Do the math.

Let’s worry about other cases some other time.
