The longer they keep it dampened down, the more time they have to “normalize” what they will eventually be convicted of doing.

Gotta wait for the participating agencies to get their ducks in a row.

I’m sure that the FBI, CIA and NY AG Scheiderman all realize that they’re only going to get one shot to take Trump down. Any slip-up, loophole or technicality that they miss will be used to discredit any evidence going forward, so they absolutely have to get it right.

They’re making sure the Ts are crossed and the Is are dotted (while minding their Ps and Qs at the same time, no doubt, heh).

When Schneiderman announces something, then it’s on. Until then - we wait.
