We have a Facebook and Twitter account from someone who apparently has the same name. Is there confirmation those are his accounts?

It doesn’t mean they aren’t but it doesn’t mean they are, either.

As I noted before, lots of Internet sleuths have gone out and outed the wrong person before (ofttimes causing the victim harassment).
