Possible, but not probable. For all of its influence within the GOP, NewsCorp does not have the direct links to US Republicans that it does to UK Conservatives. Those Republicans employed by Fox News have been commentators, not executives. Thus the potential for direct damage is much lower.

Baloney. F’ed News is the mouthpiece for the GOTP. It’s so tied in with the GOP/RNC they have to let people go when they run for office.

People tried to tell Sarah Palin it was really STUPID for her to advise Christine O’Donnell to “get out there, speak to the American people, speak through Fox News.” Hopefully, now she knows why.
