Oh, yes, came out very nicely. By being fairly small and in two chunks it cooked quite well in that amount of time. Nicely tender. The tomato, pineapple & juices combined to make a nice slightly sweet sauce that went well on a bed of rice. Could have used a bit more garlic but I used all I had left but that would probably be my only change next time unless I went with tomato sauce instead of juice to thicken the final sauce a bit more.

I’ve got a good two more meals left and unlike some leftovers, I’m actually looking forward to the next serving.

The pineapple threw me for a loop. Glad it turned out good!!
