Still waiting for that fresh new thread to come… but in the meantime:

On the one hand, it’s good that Biden didn’t get drawn into constant rebuttals of all of Trump’s Gish gallops.

On the other hand, I do kinda think there was a missed opportunity for him to bite back a little harder about just what a crock of shit all the Hunter’s laptop nonsense is. He could have scored a point or two for a fierce Papa Joe defense of his son’s struggles with addiction. I kept waiting for it and it never quite arrived.

On the whole, though, given how many votes are already in the can, it’s hard for me to imagine this mess tonight actually swung anything either way. I’m just mostly glad it’s over.

What they’re saying on MSNBC is that no one but hard core political junkies and Fox/Breitbart imbibers will have any idea what he was referring to re: Hunter.

I have to agree.

I don’t agree with Joe not zinging the trump kids but I have to trust Joe’s instincts.
