As far as trusting Trump, not a chance in hell. He will say anything to anyone.

In Kentucky, normally, a candidate pays the filing fee to have their name on the ballot.
Except this time around if Rand Paul actually gets his caucus, in which case there will be no presidential candidates on the primary ballot.
