I think DJT should just declare that Obamacare is repealed. What would it matter that no such vote in congress has taken place? His followers would swoon, FNC would quickly line up guests to affirm that Obamacare was in fact repealed, Hannity could attack the ‘conspiracy theorists’ who claim that no repeal vote was held in Congress, etc.
