no one is safe around guns
they are dangerous and prone to lazy and sloppy handling

it is easy to lose control of your weapon - even for trained and certified experts

There are no accidents around guns. There are only purposeful discharges and negligent ones (Jim Wright - aka Stonekettle).

Rules of gun use (and I’m a non gun owner but I know the rules): Always assume every gun you handle or are around is loaded with a round in the chamber.

Always check the gun before handling to make sure there is no round in the chamber.
Always make sure the safety is on.
