Kostric should be in jail. The fact that he got away with this is very troubling. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him do this again somewhere.

Actually, Charles, I have to disagree. Under NH law, he was within his rights. States’ rights, and all that. He didn’t get away with anything - he’s just dumber than dirt. And his carry was open.
