Here we go again.

2013. Off-duty Chicago detective attempts to break up a party due to noise. Thinks he sees someone pulling a gun on him. Detective fires into the crowd killing an unarmed woman at the party (everyone else was unarmed too).

2015. Judge just acquitted him stating prosecution did not prove involuntary homicide stating they didn’t prove negligence.
