Dark, I was in the Navy in the 90s, and even though the military is way more integrated than the rest of the country, the racism and sexism was really obvious. I am not surprised that there are neo-Nazis in the ranks.

Please do not make the military out to be some holier-than-thou institution. It draws from the population. It is not perfect, and worshipping it does neither it, nor the country, any good.
