I was utterly out of shape from a dangerously sedentary lifestyle, then I got an HTC Vive, and started losing fat and gaining muscle just from killing zombies in VR. I was surprised that my arms got bigger just from playing video games. It’s a whole different experience than sit-down gaming.

From my final year of high school in 2005-2013, the only exercise I really got was walking to classes and stuff like that. I did no cardio or anything like that and my eating habits were awful. I should have nipped it years ago but is what it is. It has helped with my confidence too.
