Just gonna note that there’s no real difference between what Chuck is doing to Maxine Waters here and what Franken did to Leann Tweeden. Both women were asleep, both vulnerable and neither in a position to consent to being used as props in someone else’s idea of what’s funny.

Except Franken was a professional comedian doing a schtick. Poor judgement but still done as comedy.
