Yep, that’s the usual outcome of the whole calvinist heresy - either you’re already saved and what you do doesn’t matter or your already damned and what you do doesn’t matter. The destruction of the concept of free will makes Christianity impossible.

Add Calvinism plus Ayn Rand plus the Prosperity Gospel and you have a repulsive mix that is the Religious Right.
