Being able to pass legislation? Nope. She’s done nothing.
Be able to get her brand on Fox anytime she wants? Yup. That’s her definition of effective. It has nothing to do with constituent services or legislating. She cares only about her branding, and her brand is being an amoral sociopath whose idea of winning is seeing more dead people with covid, and then trying to blame Biden for not preventing more deaths.
