I do it in a dry pan over medium heat. Give it a toss every few minutes when you start to here the seeds pop. it takes about 10 minutes or so until the seeds turn a shade darker. I really love the smell, like baking bread. If you burn the seeds just toss them out, the taste is terrible.

Thanks. The husband bought some and I’m going to try it with chix broth and if I can find some veges in the fridge. I think our bell peppers are too old.
