I doubt it too. However, that audio recording of someone shouting “Burn this motherfucker down!” over the police scanner doesn’t look good.

Listening to that disturbed the hell out of me. This wasn’t a group of officers who simply wanted to bring the standoff to an end, there was a definite bloodlust present in those individuals’ shouts.
