Yeah, if they’re poor and/or black they just go to prison.

You know, like everyone else that kills people and isn’t ultra-wealthy.

Probation is nothing. He ended four lives by driving 30 over the speed limit with a BAC 3 times the legal limit (consuming alcohol being illegal in the first place given his age) and jumped up on valium, and he walked.

So what would you like to happen to him? How is society improved by also sending him to prison?

Do you think he, as a teenager, is doing all of this shit because he’s happy and carefree?

The same judge tried to send a poor black kid to therapy, but no place would take him. That’s the problem: we need to fund rehabilitation for everyone, it shouldn’t just be for the rich.
