RWNJs and neo-Confederate aren’t trying to make sense. They just want to fill their response space, verbal or written, with some kind of distraction from their real position. They seem not to care at all about facts because the only fact they care about, there is a black man in the White House, is beyond dispute yet they still feel a bit timid about addressing it directly. They are closer to it every day, though, and many have already abandoned the taboo entirely.
This could not be more obvious.
