I’m from Texas, so guns don’t bother me either. But I assume that politicians who do this are insecure. Nothing says I’m afraid of everything and everybody like walking around with a visible firearm. My cousin is a retired Marine and owns guns, but you would never see them. He’s too confident for that. I have another cousin, who dropped out of the Army who feels the need to let people know he’s “strapped”. One cousin is a true badass, the other is a shit talking fool who’s never even won a fist fight.
