I’m probably switching my grad school idea away from being a social worker and more towards doing a Masters in Public Health. Partially because there’s so many jobs as a social worker that are just shoveling back the tide, and partially because have you seen the public? They need some health.

Anyway, I may wind up doing epidemiology, and I’d be then using real live math all the time, trig and calc and all that whatnots.

Back when I was doing network design and implementation, especially setting up field networks, I had to use math all the time. Nowadays, now that I’ve transitioned over to security and auditing, not so much.
